Pradeep is the founder of Pravam which was created as an interest in diversification and do something different. He is based in Singapore and manages corporate strategy, key partnerships, investments, global expansion and responsible for overall leadership & growth.
His experience of 20 years in management consulting in several industries including consulting, business & management solutions, airlines, oil & gas, chemical, FMCG, Engineering, Automotive, IT, BPM, Data Analytics, logistic operations, maintenance, projects, strategy consulting, growth consulting is a big asset for any organization. His global professional networks and leadership skills are helping the company in strategic implementations, innovation and growth. He has worked for Accenture, IBM, SAP, HCL-Axon and did large size consulting projects in Coca-Cola, BHP Billiton, Syngenta, Singapore Airlines, Reliance Industries, Caterpillar, Rhodia, Cristal Global, Nestle, Philips, Malaysian Airlines, Saudi Airlines, Parkway Health and many more organizations. Pradeep is an Executive MBA from Nanyang – Berkeley- Wharton, and B. Tech from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India.
He is a Harvard University Graduate (School of Design) and leading Pravam to develop the industry solutions for Financial Instruments, Real Estate and Construction sectors.
Victor is B.Engg in Civil & Structure from National University of Singapore, Master’s in IT from University of Wales and Real Estate Management/ PLD from Harvard Business School. He is an expert of Strong Leadership, Strategic Planner, Strong Management, Experience in M&A, Entrepreneurship, International Business Development, Business Modeling, Strategic IT, Multi-National Corporate IT Planning and Budgeting, Enterprise Architecture, Best Sourcing Advocate, AGILE and SCRUM Advocate, ITIL advocate, Cloud Computing and Datacenter, International Real Estate Development, Real Estate Project Management, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Datacenter, Building Intelligence and Automation.
Victor is a real estate veteran with more than 15 years’ Datacenter and IT Infrastructure experience in real estate company. He had been instrumental in deployment and strategy formulation of IT and Datacenter infrastructure for the first industrial REIT of Singapore (Ascendas-REIT). He has a deep understanding of datacenter and end-users’ ecosystem.
Stanley is Regional Sales & Marketing Head for South East Asia in Pravam for SME and Enterprise Sectors. Having 20+ years of business experience in Solutions Sales, Channel Sales, and Business Development for the Asia Pacific region, he is leading Pravam to develop the industry solutions for financial instruments, Real Estate and Construction sectors. Familiar with both On-Premise and SaaS model approaches. Retail, Hospitality, ERP & Supply Chain vertical focused. Familiar with the Partner ecosystem of SAP and Infor.
The last 4 years was for focused on Customer Engagement solutions on Cloud/SaaS engagement – CRM and eCommerce for the retail (Kipling, Bata Shoes, Timberland, Sincere Dept Store, etc) and hospitality (KFC, Pizza Hut, TCC, Tunglok, Farrer Park Hotel, etc). Alliance engagement with the likes of Oglivy and Wunderman on customer engagement and mobile marketing.
