The client was one of the largest beverages company in the world implementing SAP solution across asia pacific. Global template was still not developed fully in SAP PLM area for customer service and equipment master data, since equipments in public places were also serving the purpose of customer and thus required additional master data to be added in the equipment masters. Managing full life cycle of assets was another challenge from accounting view as asset become operative to produce revenue and consume cost from installation date.

Also, staging server was required to be in sync with SAP global solution so that master data can be catered to the local solution needs including various applications to do route planning with GPS, equipment servicing calls, CRM, sales data collection via equipments etc. Solution was furhter developed for sales and finance via equipment data recording on a daily basis.

Our consultants took up the challenge and to help the client to deploy solution in stipulated time, came up with solution, meeting the challenges of not only SAP but of various other applications too using staging server for data feed. They also handled master data build up challenges, as many of the data was scattered in various legacy systems and also left for user wisdom and field collection activities. Our consultants use new methods & technology developments to deliver the data models for upload handling one of the most complicated data build up excercise.
